Cancellation & No Show Policy

As of this date we have reopened and are using extra care and hygiene measures for our guests. We will remain open until directives from the Moroccan government and health authorities state otherwise.


We are very aware that life, especially in the travel world, is constantly changing and in flux regarding this virus. Given these changes and the realities of travel today, we have adjusted our policies.

Our current situation is as follows;
Because we operate very small group tours it is very important that we have an accurate count ahead of time. When you purchase your ticket we highly recommend you also have travel insurance. If you are worried that you may need to cancel your tour please review this and consider purchasing.

Our current cancellation policy is as follows;

  • If there are 72 hours or less before the tour, no refund or voucher will be issued.
  • Tours may be rebooked or a voucher issued if there is 72 hours before the tour.
  • If you need to cancel and your tour is 1 week or more away we will issue a refund.

If you are unable to make your tour and are outside the 72 hour window we will be very happy to convert your purchase to a voucher for future use. We truly appreciate when guests do this.

For some of our day trips and experiences there may be other cancellation guidelines in place. Please read each tour description carefully.

No Show Policy


Our tours start promptly at the time noted on the ticket for both group and private tours. Our guides will wait an additional 10 minutes however after this time they will leave. There are no refunds or re-bookings offered for no-show guests.

This policy is for both public shared tours and private booked tours. Once the start time has been agreed on please respect others on your tour as well as the guides and vendors who are depending on a prompt start.
